- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an accident on July. I paid $600 access. When they reviewed wasn't my fault. They said. They will reburst it back to me but they havnt paid it back and repairer and assessor were so rude and I'm still waiting for my money. I talked with few customers service they are telling me the same story which they waiting for repairer invoice sent it to them. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Good for saving money but BAD with service, after an accident I’ve been involved in , they talk to me like I’m a killer or a thief which shows no respect and bad experience, lady must stop at STOP sign but she didn’t and that’s where the accident happened , she says it’s no her fault OMG instead of looking at the cars and the location and send someone to decide NRMA asked me for filling forms again and provide witnesses and bla bla bla , never again with NRMAAdel ALshuraifiMarch 30, 2017
